Can I wear it for 5 hours a day?
Our Adjustable Magnetic Posture Corrector is designed to help fix posture. The proper hours of usage may vary. Please start with 15-30 minutes at a time and slowly work your way up. If you feel discomfort you are relying too much on the brace and need to take a break.
Can I wear this while working?
Yes! You can surely wear this while working. We recommend wearing our Adjustable Magnetic Posture Corrector for 30 mins twice or three times a day. This will train your muscles and adjust your posture but at the same time avoid too much straining.
Can I wear this while working out?
It depends on the exercise/routine that you have. This is helpful for light movements but this might not be comfortable enough to be worn during an excessive workout.

Hand wash or cold water on gentle washing machinesetting. Hand wash in cool water with mild soap. Remove excess water and air dry away from heat. Don't iron.
